Vader’s apprentice on Soulcalibur IV

So here’s the thing: the wise and good people at Namco Bandai decided to put a few Star Wars characters in their Soulcaliber fighting game series. BUT they put Darth Vader in the PS3 version and Yoda in the XBox 360 version, and so never the twain shall meet.

Enter the guy above, Starkiller, Vader’s Sith apprentice and newest addition to Soulcaliber IV–on all consoles. I think he’s supposed to bridge the gap between Vader and Yoda–the showdown everyone wanted to see but didn’t. Will it work, though? Will fans accept anything less than a heavy-breathing, backwards-talking lighsaber smackdown? Maybe for Soulcaliber V.
