It’s important to set limits on your computer use, especially if you are by yourself. Otherwise, you end up playing games and not doing any work. Set personal deadlines, and then get away from the computer as soon as your work is finished. This helps keep your life in balance, and doesn’t allow you to be a computer zombie.
